Ingredients:
• 2.5 kg of cassava, steamed, peeled, mashed
• 7 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 3 pieces of pecan
• 3 leeks, thinly sliced
• 1 piece of onion, chopped coarsely
• 5 tbsp munjung sago flour
• salt to taste
• granulated sugar to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
• 6 eggs, beaten off
• 400 ml chicken stock (can be replaced and water plus bouillon powder)
• cooking oil
Materials: dyes
• Water
• 250 gr flour
• breadcrumbs to taste
How to make:
- Saute pepper, garlic, nutmeg and onion until fragrant.
- mix the cassava which is already smooth, eggs, spice, sauteed leeks, sago flour, Bouillon, salt and sugar. Mix with the dough into flat.
- Roll out dough in a baking dish that is already dialas plastic and thin dioles oil.
