Nugget Singkong

Ingredients:
• 2.5 kg of cassava, steamed, peeled, mashed
• 7 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 3 pieces of pecan
• 3 leeks, thinly sliced
• 1 piece of onion, chopped coarsely
• 5 tbsp munjung sago flour
• salt to taste
• granulated sugar to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
• 6 eggs, beaten off
• 400 ml chicken stock (can be replaced and water plus bouillon powder)
• cooking oil
Materials: dyes
• Water
• 250 gr flour
• breadcrumbs to taste
How to make:

  1. Saute pepper, garlic, nutmeg and onion until fragrant.
  2. mix the cassava which is already smooth, eggs, spice, sauteed leeks, sago flour, Bouillon, salt and sugar. Mix with the dough into flat.
  3. Roll out dough in a baking dish that is already dialas plastic and thin dioles oil.

  5. Once cool, cut into pieces the shape of sticks. Dip into the egg. Roll on top of the breadcrumbs. FRY in hot oil. Lift and then serve.
