Hi steemians..
Here are tips to remove pesticides that stick to the surface of fruits and vegetables;
Soak with anti bacterial soap
There are types of laundry soap and fruit is safe to use. You can soak fruit and vegetables with water that has been given a few drops of soap, 5 minutes or less. After that, rinse with running water so that the remaining soap and dirt are wasted.
Soak with salt water
Soaking in the salt of vegetables and fruit with skins such as guava and grapes, before being consumed will help remove germs and dirt in it. Even pesticides that stick can be removed in this way.
Peeling
This method is also effective, but sometimes the skin of fruits and vegetables contain their own nutrients that unfortunately if it must be wasted. You can peel the skin of the fruit carefully before eating them.
Soak with warm water
Prepare a cup of warm water tends to heat, then soak the fruit or vegetables in it. Just one minute or less, until the pesticide dissolves from the fruit surface. After that rinse with plain water.
Soak in vinegar water
You can make a vinegar solution by adding a few spoonfuls of vinegar to plain water. Vinegar can be replaced with lime juice. Soak 2-3 minutes of fruit or vegetables into it, then rinse thoroughly.

Very nice tips friend.
thanks @duckmast3r
Great post! Especially since so much of produce has been sprayed with pesticides.
Important to at least choose organic, especially for the "dirty dozen" list (in the US) - strawberries, spinach, nectarines, apples, peaches, pears, cherries, grapes, celery, tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, potatoes.
There's also a "Clean 15 List" - produce least likely to be contaminated by pesticides...
Thank you for these great and helpful tips! Because of that I prefer to buy organic. :)
