Nutella hot chocolate

• 1/3 cup – Nutella
• 1 1/2 cups milk
Topping: whipped cream and chocolate powder
How to make:
• Prepare the slow cooker and stir in all ingredients.
• Cook for two hours and stir occasionally until evenly distributed.
