Method :
First, knead the dough for about 15 minutes according to the normal paratha. Then chop the green chillies, green coriander, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, finely chop them. After that break the eggs and put them in the red chili powder, chopped green red chillies, capsicum, onions, tomatoes and salt. So that these things mix well. After this, make a dough of dough and make it a little bit thick. Then put oil in it and make it in paratha shape. After this, make ghee on both sides of the paratha and cook well until it becomes red. Slow down the gas in the middle. Also keep repeating it. So that they could not burn. When the parathas are cooked, slow down the heat. After that, put the complete mixture of egg on the paratha and turn the parathas slowly. After this, the mixture which came out on the edge of Paratha, with the help of a spoon, stick it inwards and stick it inside. Now leave that paratha for cooking again. When the egg slurry is cooked well inside the paratha, then remove the paratha from the pan. It can splash black pepper into two pieces. After this, serve hot with hot tea or chutney in breakfast.
