Previously when @tipU did not have enough voting power to make a 2.5 x profit upvote from your payment, you would receive message like this:
@tipU made 1.2 SBD upvote to: >your post< paid from your deposit for 0.48 SBD. You still have 1.52 SBD left in your deposit. You can withdraw it or write tip! and tipuvote! in comments to share it:) Thank you for using @tipU!
Many users did not know how to withdraw so now @tipU will automatically send you the refund if there is not enough voting power to make a 2.5 x profit upvote :) It looks like this:
@tipU made 0.9 SBD upvote to: >your post< paid from your deposit for 0.358 SBD. Refunding: 0.042 SBD. Thank you for using @tipU! :)
This message will be sent with the refunded SBD.
Also - currently @tipU is recovering voting power and tipuvote! should be available tomorrow :) Thanks!
We are starting a small project where we need @tipu help, we want to pay our users anonymously. Only users and we know that for what we have paid them...
Hi, @tipu here. I dont think that you can make anonymously payments on steem blockchain - every transaction is visible for everyone.
