A 'TITANIC" FRAUD

in #titanic7 years ago

What would you say if someone told you that the Titanic wasn’t really the Titanic that sank? Call it a Conspiracy Theory? Guess it would depend on if you have lived long enough to “realize” that there are too many secrets that affect all of us and too many people who don't want you to know about them. Now if you manage to find out and decide to share with others, more than likely YOU will be called a CONSPIRACY THEORIST or a nut!!! Well color me a Conspiracy Detective, there are more conspiracies that are true than not!!!

I was living in California back in the 70’s when the gas prices were going nuts. There were long lines waiting for gas, odd and even license plates determining your day to buy gas. I happened to be working for a steamship company and we started hearing things about how certain companies, like Exxon were having their drivers take out full loads of gas and dumping them in the desert. Back then the EPA wasn’t as strict, so the dumping of lots of things happened. Telling anyone about that was a joke to them, “it’s NOT possible” that anyone would do that. They were sure the government would NOT allow it! Talk about your real “dreamers”!!

Those were fun days!

Oddly enough in the 90’s those companies that were doing that back then, were fined for doing that very thing, dumping gas to keep gas prices up and long lines at the pump. Not sure how Oregon missed that time, since it was then that the rest of us learned how to pump our own gas.

This was just the introduction to talk about a conspiracy that at this point in time, may or may not have been confirmed – but frankly with all the evidence, not sure how it isn’t true. What if I were to tell you that it wasn’t the Titanic that sank, but her sister ship the Olympic? Don’t believe me? Let me lay out the evidence on this so called CONSPIRACY THEORY!!!

Let’s start with the cast of characters: (1) John Pierpont Morgan (JP Morgan) financier of International Mercantile Marine ; (2) Joseph Bruce Ismay, chairman of White Star Line; (3) Lord William Pirrie of Harland and Wolf Shipyard. In 1907 they got together and decided to build a fleet of 3 luxury liners to compete with Cunnard Line. Atlantic voyages were big business in the 1900’s!!!

On October 20th, 1910 RMS Olympic was launched, this was the first of the fleet of 3 ships and eight months later on June 14, 1911 she took her maiden voyage. True to their word, Morgan, Ismay and Pirrie had built the most opulent ship afloat!.

Turns out the Olympic was an unlucky ship, whispers of her being jinxed started making the rounds. On her maiden voyage she had an accident with a tug in New York; the tug was apparently sucked in by the wash, colliding with the Olympic. Sounds like whoever was doing the steering was the problem here.

Then three months later the Olympic had another collision, this time with the British Royal Navy Edgar Class Cruiser HMS Hawke, off the Isle of White. Begging the question, how on earth did the Olympic manage to HIT the Hawke??

From Wikipedia:
Olympic's first major mishap occurred on her fifth voyage on 20 September 1911, when she collided with the British cruiser HMS Hawke off the Isle of Wight. The collision took place as Olympic and Hawke were running parallel to each other through the Solent. As Olympic turned to starboard, the wide radius of her turn took the commander of the Hawke by surprise, and he was unable to take sufficient avoiding action.[29] Hawke's bow, which had been designed to sink ships by ramming them, collided with Olympic's starboard side near the stern, tearing two large holes in Olympic's hull, above and below the waterline, resulting in the flooding of two of her watertight compartments and a twisted propeller shaft. HMS Hawke suffered severe damage to her bow and nearly capsized. Despite this, Olympic was able to return to Southampton under her own power, and no one was seriously injured or killed.[14][30] Hawke was repaired, but sunk by the German U-boat SM U-9 in October 1914.

On the surface the damage to the Olympic didn't look to bad, but once she hit the dry dock, a much different story about the damage emerged and was far more serious than thought. Below the water line there was a jagged hole with many bent and buckled plates along with the fact that the super structure had been warped.

Too make matters worse to the damage done to the Olympic, the Royal Navy held an inquiry into the collision and after their investigation they returned a verdict that the RMS Olympic was solely RESPONSIBLE for the damage done to the HMS Hawke. Again, should have gotten a better crew for the Olympic.

Since the Admiralty's decision lay the blame on the Olympic, it meant that White Star Line's insurance on the liner could be null and void. JP Morgan and Bruce Ismay were looking at an insurance loss of about $800,000 or in today's terms, 10 million dollars. If the ship became an insurance write-off they stood to lose millions in collateral damage and could bankrupt Morgan and Ismay. Now you know these Elites were NOT going to let that happen. Hmm, wonder where we would be today if they had gone bankrupt??

Alas, the final assessment on the RMS Olympic: keel was badly distorted and would take too much money and months to get her back to her original state. So as all businessmen do, who care nothing about the people they cater too, they don't get it fixed, instead the Olympic is left with a permanent 2 degree list, which means her turning circle was affected and her stern's infrastructure weak.

JP and Bruce are by now wondering what they could do to fix this!!! Enter Harland and Wolff, Pirrie's shipbuilding company - they delayed work on the RMS Titanic in order to use her propeller shaft to replace the bent one on the Olympic. Morgan and Ismay decided to just "patch it up" and hope no one noticed!!

February 24, 1912 as the RMS Olympic was leaving the New York harbor, she sailed over a sunken wreck off the grand banks and lost a starboard propeller. Another time, she scraped the corner of the dock's harbor in New York, buckling a long section of steel plates. Seriously, someone should have replaced this crew!!!!

What do businessmen do when they are in this quandary?? If you're JP Morgan, you decide to switch ships, the Olympic would become the Titanic and the Titanic the Olympic. Just to be clear, that's in name only!!! And in addition to that, JP decided to increase the insurance value on the RMS Titanic (still the Olympic) a few weeks before her "APPARENT" maiden voyage.

Two months after that collision with the HMS Hawke, it is now believed that the Olympic was made to resemble the Titanic in every way, including switching the ship's bell, menus, notepaper, letterheads, names on the life belts and lifeboats along with plaques and brass fittings with the ship's name on it. Too bad they couldn't switch the windows out!

The most important name switch was to the name on the top bow sides and stern of the liner.

Another interesting fact, welding had not been invented, so it was customary for the White Star Line to etch or cut the names of their liners directly into the steel and not rivet them to the outside. Not so with the Olympic and the Titanic, the names were now riveted on.

The RMS Titanic (Olympic) sank at 0220 on April 15, 1912. It sank to a depth of 2.5 miles below the surface, and even with our modern technology, it's still very dangerous to be able to get to the wreck. As an aside, most of us know what April 15 is -- but income tax didn't come into existence until 1913, hmm, wonder if that was a coincidence since it was the very next year?

More fun facts: Captain E.J. Smith was the captain of the Olympic and responsible for the collision into HMS Hawke, so they made him the captain of the Titanic, which was really the Olympic, a deal he couldn't refuse: running the ship into an iceberg and as every good captain does, he did go down with his ship.

Yet another fun fact: The freighter S.S. Californian which just so happened to be another of JP Morgan's ships from his Leyland Line was sent across the Atlantic with enough coal for the trip. Now Captain Stanley Lord ordered the freighter stopped in the same area where the Titanic was later to sink. The ship's boilers were fully stoked which is the same as the engines being on standby. Hmm, wonder what he was doing out there, standing by and waiting for what?

It has been discovered that three radio messages were sent to Captain Smith of the Titanic from Captain Lord stating that the S.S. Californian was in position. In position for what? And even odder, the only cargo this freighter was carrying was 3000 woolen jumpers and 3000 blankets.

I find the above picture fascinating. It was taken by another ship 36 hours before Titanic's collision with the iceberg. Again, you have to wonder about Captain Smith and his crew!!!

The above image should give you some idea of where the Californian was in relation to the Titanic.

As for JP Morgan and company, the insurance payout was 12.5 million or (160 million by today's standards) from Lloyd's maritime insurance. Not bad for insurance fraud and a cover-up.

Now in 1985 Robert Ballard and his team discovered the wreck of the Titanic (Olympic) . They found that there appeared a temporary repair to strengthen the keel (like the Olympic's), but since Ballard and team thought it was the Titanic, they dismissed the find.

At the bow, the starboard propeller was visible and the number 401 could just be made out. 401 was the Titanic's shipyard build number, 400 belonged to the Olympic, but don't forget the Olympic's broken propeller was replaced with the Titanic's.

In 1986, Robert Ballard again explored the Titanic and found something rather odd on the Liner's bow. Where the name Titanic was riveted in 4 foot high letters, two of the letters, A and N had actually fallen away to reveal the letters M and P ETCHED into the steel underneath.

Each letter of the Titanic was riveted on one at a time rather than a big single plate as each ship's name had seven letters.

And here's something else to consider, Benjamin Guggenheim, Isa Strauss and John Jacob Astor opposed the formation of the Federal Reserve System and they were arguably the richest men in the world. All three of these men were encouraged to get on this maiden voyage of this floating palace and all 3 died. That should tell you something right there because the Federal Reserve System was created in December of 1913.

JP Morgan was booked on this maiden voyage but at the last minute backed out along with his good friend Milton Hersey, who too backed out at the last minute. There were no red flares on board the ship to signal any boats for rescue, only white flares that signal a party that everything is okay. This was the first ship of it's kind to have the ability to seal decks electromagnetically which could also seal people below deck.

How about this: a novel called Wreck of the Titan or Futility written in 1898 by Morgan Robertson detailed the sinking of an unsinkable ship, the largest vessel afloat. This imaginary ship was named the Titan, collided with an iceberg during April and resulted in a high loss of life due to, too few lifeboats. Even odder, the author of the book was poisoned to death a couple of years after the Titanic (Olympic) sank.

As is always the case there are those that are working really hard to debunk this, as if knowing the truth will change anything in the course of history. JP Morgan is long dead as well as his buddies, but then again it's like everything else, no-one wants you to know what really happened in history. But there is all kinds of evidence out there that DEBUNKS the debunkers. And if anyone is still using SNOPES as your reference for what is real, find out who funds it!!! I guess if we ALL really understood that this world does KEEP secrets and that it is never for OUR good, would we put a stop to them???
