Tofu is one of the most popular soy products. It takes a lot of time to make tofu. It is not until the process of boiling, grinding, and coagulation of soybeans is complete that tofu is made.
These tofu are divided into two main types : soft tofu and tofu. Since the soft tofu is still left wet during the manufacturing process, even a slight application of force breaks it quickly. On the other hand, there is a difference in making tofu harder by completely removing the water.
Tofu is made of beans, so naturally it is very high in protein. Also, because it is food that has already been processed once and the tofu itself is soft, digestion and its absorption rate is good. So it is also effective in diet.
The tofu is used as a dish, the soup made with tofu, the stewed tofu, and the rice and rice with tofu. The soft texture of tofu will hover in our mouths.
