I think I raided and gain quite some drugs, but none gets added into balance.. think there is some bug

I think it is more serious... when i try to recruit army, my balance clearly has enough weapons, but the Weapons number is highlight red, and if i try to build, infinite spinning ....
The last update really screwed up the game

Hello @sinlg yes there was a bug with the loot, now the problem is fixed you can loot your enemies without problem.
