This movie is based on a Stephen king novella.Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins) a Banker who is sentenced to life in Prison for the false murder of his wife and her lover.Ellis Boyd(Morgan Freeman) prison contraband smuggler who become friends of Andy Morgan Freeman plays the other main character.

The movie is based on real life sports agent Leigh Steinberg.The movie "Jerry Maguire" features Tom Cruise playing a fictional hot-shot sports agent.Jerry loses everything and goes on journey to regain everything he’s lost.He teach us how to take care our clients.

The movie will teach you not to sell yourself out for the sake of money.
