Floyd, although undefeated at 49-0 against some of the most seasoned boxers in the game, it does not mean he is untouchable.
Although Floyd is arguably the best technical and strategic boxer the world has ever seen, it doesn't make him immortal. So I've done a compilation of the 5 times Floyd got ROCKED.
#5. Maidana - May 3, 2014
This was the epitome of the saying "saved by the bell" Maidana absolutely rocks Floyd seconds before the bell rings. The break allowed Floyd to regather himself and go on to win the bout.
#4. Genaro Hernandez - October 3, 1998
In the middle of a reckless and wild exchange between the two fighters, Mayweather hits the deck. Keep in mind this fight happened in 1998 - Nearly 20 years ago. It just goes to show how hard you actually have to look to find flaws in Mayweathers skill in the ring. Floyd still clearly dominated the entire fight.
#3. Zab Judah - April 8, 2006
Judah was able to lad multiple lethal blows throughout his historic bout with Mayweather, although he didn't win the fight, he can take pride in being one of the very first to put up a dangerous and deadly challenge to the undefeated Mayweather.
#2. Shane "Sugar" Mosely - May 1, 2010
I've heard people call Mayweather all the names under the sun but one thing you cannot call this guy is heartless. Throughout the Mayweather/Mosely battle, we saw Floyd take some of the biggest hits he has ever received in his career.
Their bout is one of my favorite in boxing history and I recommend it to everyone!
#1. DeMarcus Corley - May 22, 2004
The hardest i've seen floyd hit. Absolutely rocked. Although DeMarcus didn't win the fight. The pride he has knowing he's been the hardest hitting challenge Mayweather has faced, will live on forever.
Quick Conclusion
With the Mayweather vs McGregor Boxing match approaching us, do you think McGregor will have enough ooomph in his hits to knock him out? Will Mayweather school Mcgregor? I really hoped that you all enjoyed this piece I wrote, it took a lot of effort and research. If you liked it be sure to give me an upvote and follow!
I also want to take a quick moment to make a Shoutout to some of the most important yet unmentioned people on this platform; The Curators! Throughout my time using the platform I've noticed there are people driving the quality content we see in the trending and hot pages. So if you don't mind, drop over to the page of these un-sung heros and give them a follow for supporting our platform! They are these people;

Hey @sneakgeeks - I really appreciate the love! I had a look at your blog too and it's fire! I followed you, look forward to getting to know what you're all about! For myself, I like to dabble it all sorts of things ranging from Crypto to Sports to Gaming to things that just make me laugh haha. I also try to be funny from time to time, but normally fail at that one. Thanks again for the Follow and upvote!
It says something about Floyd that after decades of fighting and nearly 50 fights, it is this difficult to find just 5 times he got rocked.
this "fight" against connor is going to be so defensive with no action (imo)
watch floyd's feet in all of these vids. He is always retreating.
No way Connor is going to chase him if he cant use UFC training in this moments. Stupid waste of everyone's time and $$$$
Although I agree with you on all of your points, I think at this point in mayweathers career, he may just be that tiny bit too slow and small. I really do think McGregor could take him out. Although I still think Floyd wins by a what most casual fans would call a "boring fight".
I don't think it's a waste of time and money though, I think it will a great event. Possibly one of the biggest sporting events of all time if it's promoted well!
Thanks for the comment @toblerusse I always love to see peoples opinions on this stuff, especially my Boxing/MMA posts!
