Severe weather swept through Texas on Sunday February 19,2017. Late in the afternoon/early evening hours, storms initially started firing in North Central Texas between Abilene and Dallas/Ft Worth. A single discrete supercell became dominant and eventually tornado warned.

The cell above would later become tornado warned just north of Rising Star, Texas. Storm chaser Aaron Jayjack captured this shot of the storm as it crossed 183.

These cells would eventually weaken and continue drifting off to the north over Possom Kingdom Lake, west of Ft Worth.

Later Sunday night into the early morning hours of Monday, tornadoes hit in north San Antonio Texas, and Creedmoor area, along with strong winds and possible tornadoes near Manor, Elgin, Taylor, Rockdale, and Thrall, Texas.
