The bridge 🌉pose is fairly easy to take, and has tons of benefits. It helps alleviate stress, 🧘🏻calms the brain and central nervous system, stimulates the lungs, thyroid glands, and abdominal organs.
And of course it works on those glute muscles for a nice and toned booty. 😋
