Gülşen Bubikoğlu was born 5 December 1954 in İstanbul.
Completing her education at Fatih Girls High School. Bubikoğlu, L.C.C. Culture Center 'for a year language, modeling and dance training received. In 1973 she met the cinema with the contest in which "SES" cinema magazine was opened. She played his first role with "Wild". In 1974 he married Türker İnanoğlu. In 1977, daughter, Zeynep Inanoglu was born.
