Turkish Community Needs Your Support

Dear Steemit members;

I'm writing this post to inform you about what we have done, as both the Turkish curator team and Turkish community, and things we could and we couldn't accomplish. And I want to kindly ask you for your support to the Turkish community by taking these into consideration. Our tag is ' #tr '.
First of all, unlike the previous systems, we have been elected by the members of our community to serve as curators. The nominees were present by users and curators were selected by the secret ballot voting method. After this process, I, @necrosahin, and @nomad88 were selected as the curators of the Turkish community. But @nomad88 unfortunately, quit his job as curator by his own will, mostly because of not having enough time for his personal affairs. During the period of being a curator, he had been in many attempts and actions for the development of our community. I thank him for his efforts and support. I want to clarify that we had been working in harmony and him quitting was not about the community or his job of being a curator.

What We Have Done

  • We have come up with a delegation system with the purpose of separating the active users from the passive ones. I want to underline the fact that our moderators on our Discord channel which had been created by @readmore and has become a meeting point for Turkish community had a leading role in this event.

  • faq

  • The @trbooster bot, which has been made by @keepcalmandread, supports the members of our community without aiming for profit. Delegation rewards have been sent from the older users to the new ones and this will continue on. Of course, these delegations are limited by the power that our community has.
  • black-list

  • We have set up a grievance mechanism to fight against spam, plagiarism etc. mainly in the ' #tr ' tag that we use, thanks to @damla who is in contact with @steemcleaners. As most of us know, especially the new users don't have enough information on how to contact @steemcleaners. We have set up a ' black-list' channel on discord which is also actively used. In this channel, we have gathered all the complaints of spam, plagiarism etc. from the users and notified SteemCleaners through @damla. Every member of our community, especially the newcomers, has been informed about not doing plagiarism, spam etc. with great effort and many instructive posts have been created about this topic. In short, our position on unwanted behavior in Steemit is strict and clear. No unwanted behavior has been and will be tolerated.

  • Articles on spam, plagiarism etc.

The interaction in Turkish community has increased and will continue to increase each day. We can show the ' #tr ' tag making it to the trending tags after a long while as the most evident proof of this.

    What We Couldn't Accomplish

Some members of our community may have made some mistakes. But, not getting enough support for this beautiful community is making us very upset. We, as a community, learn a lot from our mistakes. And in this new system that we built, we have tried to show everyone that we are doing everything with great transparency. We have recovered. Our only need is a strong support. A support that we think we have proven to deserve. I sincerely thank @ausbitbank who did not withhold his support for us and let us down, and also @aggroed who let us use the bot he made for Turkish community despite all the things that happened. We are a growing community. But, we aren't powerful enough to sport the good, high-quality works. We are putting a great effort into this. We have tried to contact many whales/witnesses or even @ned, but we received very few replies, positive or negative. We have tried to contact @ned on many platforms but, I'm not sure if we were able to reach him.

    What We Request

In conclusion, I want to say that, being a community which has created a very interactive atmosphere, away from unwanted behavior and which constantly fights against these, which is working hard to welcome new members on board, training and making them an active member of the community as fast as possible, hard-working, devoted, without selfishness, in short; being community that tries to add value to Steemit, we are open to any type of your support for us. I'm hoping that you won't reject our request from you.

The earnings of this post will be used for community purposes!

    Değerli Steemit üyeleri;

Someday we will be the veterans of this community and help newcomers.

I'm still a beginner in steemit.

I have received great support and assistance from the Turkish community, since the time I first registered. I thank them for that.

I was very contented that There were some friends that helped and supported me.

Without them, I would lose my way and do wrong things. Particularly, I was surprised and happy When I noticed that Turkish documentation were available.

Human beings are inclined to do wrong. However, these wrongs can be minimized by providing assistance and support.

Managers of #tr tag are very informed, interested and supportive.

I want that they need to be assisted in order to minimize the wrong actions in #tr tag. Please provide support for #tr tag for the steemit world to be more quality.

Thank you all guys @fetch @necrosahin @damla and others. !!

Thank you for being a part of our community

I thank you very much. I appreciate your sacrificial work.

I am new here, and I’m thankful to our community for their support. And as a growing community, we need support. In that way, we can grow larger and promote newcomers.

I am -considerably- a new user (around 1 month). What I see from the community in that timeframe were pure good intentions and hard-work about the quality our beloved tag: tr.

I want to have a step forward and thank you @fetch, @Necrosahin for their efforts. (And of course, huge props to @damla for always being on top of things when you need her.)

Thank you for being a part of our community and supporting the #tr tag with your quality content.

Turkish community survived from many troubles. Every day community working together and learning together. That's the importante thing for a community. Having a commen goal, if you have this skill you can rise one way or another. New curation team working hard and community earn every support.

Tr community get over so many troubles. Tr curators and writers working so hard and putting things in order. Community has so many new member. Curators and their team giving them proper education for Steemit. This community getting bigger every day. That's why new curators deserve supporting. I'm sure that with supports, Tr communty will be one of the biggest and functional society in Steemit.

We are all working for growing up our #tr tag and we try to make our family bigger and bigger voluntarily. Each one of us try to help new Steemians to teach rules of Steemit. As quality It makes our shares better. Thanks to our curator team they try do everything to make our community stronger. I am sure that if they can get support they will ipmrove our community as soon as possible. Thank you all guys @fetch @necrosahin @damla and others.

As turkish community, We always support each other and we will continue to do that. I thank you all my friends for their efforts. I am thankful for all the people helped when I was a newbie to steemit.

We don't have any problem with anyone whatsoever. We're having a lot of fun. I was using Facebook, Twitter before, thanks to TR team I am using that time in steem ecosystem now. With all that effort into the community, we will always rise. We will be active, we will put quality content into the scene, we will support each other.

“Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything.” ― Muhammad Ali

We didn't learn our friendship at school. We learned it by helping each other, supporting each other, having fun together. I am shocked there were people had indicated we're seperated. Let's finish this touching message, with a better quote:

"Some people go to priests; others to poetry; I to my friends."" - Virginia Woolf

Please support our community to help us achieve our goals.

I am proud to be one of the Turkish kurators and to be the voice of this community. However, we have not yet find the support although there are many good things in our community, all unwanted behaviors were corrected. Since I started in this community as a member, not as a curator, I believe that this community deserves a lot more. I hope so.

It is not easy to build up a community from scratch. Like 8-9 months ago I remember weeks only 1-2 posts in #tr. Still not perfect but we are trying to be a consistent community. Personally I dont like the idea of support, it is just a temporary boost if not managed well. I have seen it before. But I met some sincere friends really trying to have an honest tr community, so I believe that with support or not, steemit #tr will be a living platform.

Turkish community did good job and now ready for more. We just need some help. İf we can see some help, I think we are be better quality and more crowded. Trust us, because we can more...

Even this post show you how good our community is! I have never seen anything quite like this, this is very promising. I am so proud to be part of such a intact and great community. Kudos to everybody who has a part in this :)

curator team they try do everything to make our community stronger. I am sure that if they can get support they will ipmrove our community as soon as possible. Thank you all guys @fetch @necrosahin @damla and others

    Thank you for your support.

    Great initiative guys

I write in english and turkish, and read blogs in english, turkish and german. I can say that the turkish community is as good as others, if not better. And i can easily say that they lack the coordination and cooperation we have. We are deemed to be the best community, all we need is time and appreciation. We can not be denied!

Since we joined this team, you have helped us with all our problems. Thank you very much to all our curators and admins. We are grateful for the things you have done for our community and we are ready to do whatever we can.

    Continuously, continue to grow!
    We are strong together.✌

    @by-yesilbag & @byn-yesilbag

..and WE thank you both @by-yesilbag & @byn-yesilbag. You are giving action and joy to the community. ♥

this guys , make it really important things for our tr community , extra thank you for everything to do ..

thanks for this beautiful post @fetch Turkish society is growing day by day and will continue to grow. Thank @omersurer for introducing me to you. Thanks for your help @damla
One for all, all for one!
    #tr

    Thank you for your comment.

If we keep going going on like this TR tag will rise and rise so lets rock the fuck on! Hope to see the days when we are also killing it with the whales aswell... What comes around goes around you know...

We will always be a community that adds color to Steemit. Of course we will be facing difficulties through this process. But we will continue on creating original content without getting into argeuments. We will become stronger by overcoming these difficulties. Because we are a community that puts the benefit of our friends infront of ourselves. If you follow and take a look at the #tr tag you'll witness this nice things yourself. Lastly I want to ask steemit authorities to support us. You should know that you'll never regret it...
Thank you for everythink @fetch @damla @necrosahin and other people.

the mistakes the first both curator-teams makes, we made, teaches you further to become better and to make things different, in a new way with more power. i see that everyday new members join the community and how hard @necrosahin, @fetch and especially @damla works for the community.
i hope, that new doors will open for you which have been closed because of the mistakes, that we, the older teams have made...
i will be in contact with you to work on this ;)

Thank you for your support to our community

We want to expand our family, our community and give successful promoting to Steemit. We want a chance to show you.

We are always with our community. We continue to produce quality, useful content.

I'm happy to be in steemit world, because I find the chance to learn about different cultures of different countries.

So we want the #tr tag to be supported. ❤️

**No spam no robot no bot, all of us we are turkish community. **

    We all turkish community :)

But now i edited like that :)

I have really good things learned. Thanks for sharing

When I first joined Steemit (one month ago), not to put too fine a point on it, there was some confusion within the tr community. However, I have witnessed a recovery in a short time and it became a more conscious community. So, the community has a better situation today as far as I can see. I believe that it will come to a better place with some supports. Many thanks to all who supported.

Actually, TR community really deserves external support. I just noticed that by this post, the number of people under the TR community is really high than I saw on discord channel. It is really nice to see it despite the fact that all of the troubles we had before. I'm sure that this will be best period for TR community so far because everyone is working together to do useful things. I wish the best for us.

We are real and we working for the better quality against information thiefs. When i see plagiarism, immidetly report it to our staff or to blacklist.

We, as a community have been through many ups and downs but we will never be knocked down. We will always fight for our community together. We will never be broken apart. I hope we won't have to be alone in this journey, and I hope there are people who wants to help a hard-working, willing and interactive community that's growing day by day.

who was say the tr community is fake they said lie , because we all together , we will succeed together this community summit .
i want to say this : thank you for support who you are this community grow up together ,
also great post thank you for posted us ,,

I think this support is the greatest support

I joined this team recently and am glad to be joining this team thanks to this group and I continue to study. At the same time, there is a very good union. I would like to thank you very much for your dedication to helping each and every question.

Thanks for everything. Steemit will progress with us.

We are all brothers and sisters and We must support each other. Real people and real content
    That's all ❤️☺️

Im happy because of Im in Turkish community. I hope all Turkish user and tr tag will raise in steemit day by day.

Yeap! We will rise up, with patience and quality content, day by day.

I'm a newbie in steemit, too. Many friends here helped me. They provided me with detailed Turkish documents. If you want, you can see my first message in which I introduce myself, and see this support.

I think #tr tag do not receive the necessary support. Please support it. Thank you.

Good luck with promoting Steemit in Turkey!

We grow by sharing our knowledge and experiences. I believe we will come to more beautiful places in the "steemit community" as the "tr" family.
