The first one that came to mind today was not necessarily related to the song, but more to the videoclip.
I was only 9 years old when this one was released, but I still remember watching the clip on MTV over and over again, completely amazed by the unusual stuff that was going on.
I was probably just a little too young to really appreciate the music (being only 9, my world of music was dominated by bands like Wham!, Pepsi and Shirley and Mel & Kim, just to name a few), and this one simply didn't fit in.
I did learn to appreciate it once I got a little older, but still, the clip has had a huge impact on me. It was the strangest thing I had ever seen in my life at that time.
And even now, more than 30 years later, I sometimes get flashbacks an it plays again in my mind, for no particular reason, lol.
I have accepted the fact thatI will carry the image of that train driving around his head and the fruit-face with me for the rest of my life, lol.
