I followed you analysis over the last few days and, while I agree with a few fundamentals (account number and liquid Steem) the main price driver in this specific setup is not fundamentals, but news.
In my opinion, the spike in price is related to the imminent implementation of HF 17, which will introduce a few relevant improvements.
I agree that news updates from the dev team do drive short term price movements but I'm trying to give an indication of both long and short term trends. Hopefully the announcement that the rewards curve will not be modified will not disappoint too many people.
Apparently, it already did. We're back to where we were 48 hors ago.
