TRADING
It is a speculative investment system, which has many similarities with other investment models based on the fact that the investor performs purchase and sale operations of a specific financial instrument (such as currencies, stocks, raw materials, indices, ...) hoping to obtain benefits with the rise or fall of your price according to your prediction of what your future behavior will be.The investor generally operates in real time in financial markets looking for buying and selling opportunities that fit with his investment strategy. Once a specific instrument is found that is appropriate, it opens a position and once it enters profits it closes even if it is with a small profit.

CFDs are a very agile method of investment because they do not have the physical property of the financial instrument in which they are invested and allow them to open buying or selling positions immediately. Thanks to leverage you can invest a small amount of money as collateral and get the effect of operating a much higher amount.

TYPES OF TRADING

There are several types of traders with different characteristics but which differ mainly in the time during which they maintain their positions. In this way, 4 types of traders can be distinguished mainly:

1.- Scalper

The scalpers maintain their positions from a few seconds to a few minutes at most. Its main objective is to get small amounts of pips numerous times throughout the day.

2.- Day traders.

Day traders normally take a position in a certain direction at the beginning of the tradigal day and end the day by closing the transaction with either loss or profit. They usually do few operations a day compared to a scalper.

3.- Swing trader.

A Swing trader is one that maintains its operations for several days. This type of traders cannot monitor their operations all the time, which is logical because they cannot stay in front of the monitor 24 hours a day for several days. They usually devote several hours to market analysis every day to make opening or closing decisions.

4.- Position traders.

Position traders maintain their operations for several weeks, months and even years. These traders are usually trained in fundamental analysis and is their main source of market analysis to make their decisions.
