Vivaldi Browser – Crypto Trader's Best Friend

in #trading7 years ago

If you are like me you have had faced a real estate issue when it comes to tracking multiple currencies on your exchange with Firefox, Chrome, or (god forbid) IE. Vivaldi is a great browser that is everything that chrome and Firefox aren't.

Benefits:

  1.  The ability to group tabs that are related: I know I got sick of firefox and having 100 tabs open at once. The ability to group multiple tabs into a “tab group” helps keep a clean navigation without having to choose 3 tabs to keep open.
  2.  Suspend individual tabs: have a tab that you want to keep open but want to cut down on consumption? Suspend the tab. This will pretty much put the tab on pause allowing you to return to it quickly.
  3.  The ability to Tile Tab Groups: This is why I downloaded the browser originally. You can select a tab group and tile them which will split your window into sections each displaying a tab in the group. This is great for watching multiple coins in a split screen mode.
  4.  SUPER LOW RESOURCE CONSUMPTION-  Side by side comparison showes 1/3 memory and cpu usage when compared to Firefox!  One thing I have noticed is the socket connection doesn't take as long as in chrome and Firefox which means if you are in a hurry to buy or sell a coin you can place your order much faster.
  5.  Accidentlly close a tab? Its okay Trash Can allows you to open recently closed tabs (just click the trash can on the tabs bar.
  6.  Mouse Gestures allow you to perform every key browser action with mouse movements (example: Hold RMB+ drag down = open new tab)
  7.  Each Page's Zoom Is independent (even in tiles) which allows you to zoom in on one page without all of your other pages automatically zooming (super annoying on firefox)
  8.  The ability to create “sessions” which are tab/tile groups (kind of like workspaces but for your browser!)

Overall this browser is amazing and really a dream for a day trader. It is simple yet powerful and while remaining simple still packs a load of useful features that they explain with great, short, and to the point video tutorials (average time about 45 seconds each) as someone used to HAK5 videos seeing the information I want without 30 plugs Is worth noting as they are just as efficient in their tutorials as they are in their beautiful browser! Also it is wildly extendable with chrome addons since it is built on Chromium browser

Sort:

I've used Vivaldi from day one just like I used to use Opera from day one. Vivaldi on Linux is like super quick.

There has been talk of TOR browser coin also and even more sophisticated like BRAVE browser, but i'll also explore about this browser also

Superb browser for all the points you mention. Love it!

Vivaldi become my default web browser and I recommend it to everyone
