The EOS Red Flags Are Nothing To Worry About

in #trading7 years ago

Lets be honest, this entire industry is risky. If EOS is a scam then I don't understand why Dan Larimer would put his personal brand on the company. Many of the scammers are getting arrested all around the world right now for running away with people's money.

There is risk in what ever you do, you just have to decide whether the reward is greater and hence worth the risk. The chances of someone who has had 2 previous successful companies and a very public figure to the FBI etc is not going to decide that the 3rd companies is going to be scam are extremely low. He would realise that his chances of getting away with it are pretty slim to none.

There is a much greater chance that a historically successful entrepreneur is going to create another great company. Don't fool yourself thinking that another company, which could be their first ICO and blockchain project, with better terms and conditions is a safer bet. If someone is going to screw you they are going to make an effort to make the investment look as water tight as possible.

I have bought EOS but I don't want you to buy. I want to price to be as low as possible so I can carry on accumulating for longer.

Sort:
  • EOS will be an abstraction of two already proven application specific blockchains. A lot of the work has already been done, so completion of the project is likely. The plan is clearly laid out and seems achievable.

  • Watch some of the more technical presentations of the project and interviews with team members. They are very well versed in the tech they are developing, potential issues that can arise and how they plan to deal with them, etc. The level of detail in their answers would not be expected from representatives of your average ponzi scheme.

  • Dan should at this point have a lot invested with respect to his personal brand in this project.

Abandoning a project for which a lot of work has already been done, that one has invested a lot of time into planning and defending the technical details of in public, and disappearing with the money, especially if you are a rather public figure (as pointed out in the video), would be incredibly stupid. Not to mention that pretty much the entire team are already multi-millionaires. In this situation, they have more to lose than to gain by doing so.

I saw Jeff Berwick interviewed him. I don't understand blockchain tehnology, but if I understand what he is sayung EOS should be better than Ethereum and other cryptocurencies. I see other cypto raising, but not EOS. Maybe reason is that EOS is not fully operational yet.

Also saw that interview. Yes, no doubt when the operating system becomes operational the price will begin to rise. It's a wait and see game, much like all the other crypto projects.

I bought some EOS becaUSe anyone that can create Steemit so effortlessly and quickly has big brains imo and investing in brains is good biz!
