In crypto it is very rare to have a case of the Mondays! There is usually some pent up action from the weekend and it is uncommon to see a stagnate price on Monday morning. I also get excited for the open of the commodity markets and feel like something is missing from my life when they are closed.
For some reason I have been feeling sluggish all morning and it is the first time in months that I have thought about having a case of the Mondays. I have had trouble finding my groove and have been yawning non-stop. I fucking hate yawning!
There is a time to take a break and there is a time to push through. When the markets are moving and at a crucial level of support or resistance then it is certainly time to push through. There are good days and there are bad days in any profession, learning how to push through times of low energy is a great lesson to learn. Without that skill failure is inevitable, regardless of the endeavor.

Days like today force me to take a step back and question if I am living in balance. I firmly believe that the previous days add up to make me who I am today. For example if I went out drinking past midnight for two days in a row then I would fully expect to feel like shit today.
Yesterday was Sober Sunday and I am used to feeling like a champ after waking up on Monday. My diet from the day before left something to be desired and it left me with a nasty stomach ache this morning. That led to me eating breakfast an hour later than usual and it has thrown off my entire routine.
I didn’t work out the last two days and I am wondering how much that is impacting my current energy levels. I feel like I have gotten plenty of social contact and that leaves me to assume it was the diet and lack of exercise which led to how I feel right now.
