From the name alone can already guessed this sport from where. Kabaddi is one of the sports that combines wrestling and agility.
In an international context, kabaddi is played in a 10x13 meter field for men, and 8x12 meters for women. The field will be halved by the line. The game is done by 2 teams. Each team is 7 people.
For a total of 20 minutes, each team will take turns sending members to the enemy area. To be able to pocket the points, the attacker must touch one or more members of the opposing team and then return to the area.
Usually the survivors will withstand the invaders by grappling.
