Trans.Ex NFTs are coming in early 2024
It's been a while since the last update, but rest assured we have been busy in the background! There are several major changes to the collection launch and we feel that they will greatly enhance this collection! Major Updates
First, the collection will launch on February 25th 2024!
The most inclusive NFT collection is becoming more exclusive! The collection will now consist of only 111 NFTs! Since all NFTs are manually handcrafted a lot of time and effort goes into designing and drawing them. For a first project we feel that a lower mint number is both more achievable and will also add more value to each of them.
This collection will now include rarities! These will be Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. The chance for receiving these rarities are as follows:

You will be able to identify them by their (lack of) frames and will look like this:
- All 111 NFTs will cost 89 KOIN each. Since the value of $KOIN has gone up significantly we wanted to reduce the amount of $KOIN required to purchase them. Overall we are looking at a price reduction of around 40%! However, we will base the final cost of purchasing an NFT on the overall market sentiment. Trading NFTs on Kollection will include 5% in royalties.

- Utility: these will be "NFTS 2.0". As such they will have some extra utility in addition to simple ownership. Some of these use cases will be directly tied to the aforementioned rarities. As such owning a RARE, EPIC or LEGENDARY NFT will give you a one time return of 50%, 100% or 200% based on the initial amount of $KOIN it took to purchase it from minting.

Example 1: You purchased a RARE NFT for 89 Koin. You will therefore receive a one time APR of 100% for 89 Koin (totaling 89 Koin). Example 2: You purchased a LEGENDARY NFT for 89 KOIN. You will therefore receive a one time APR of 200% for 89 Koin (totaling 178 Koin).
IMPORTANT: Payouts will be ownership dependent! It will go out to anyone owning the NFT at the day of payout (to not cause any ambiguities, be sure to hold the NFT until UTC−12:00). This means that if you originally purchased en e.g. RARE NFT, but sold it before the payout, the return will not go to you, but to the person owning that NFT. Also, payouts will take place quarterly over a 1 year time span starting as soon as the NFT was minted.
Example: NFT #102 was minted on March 5th 2024. The quarterly payouts will then be in June, September, December of that year and in March 2025 accordingly (always on the 5th).
Another utility will be a 20% share of all royalties with NFT holders which will also be payed out quarterly from the start of the collection launch date.
Additional utilities may include future airdrops/whitelists (e.g. NFTs, tokens) or collaborations with other Koinos dapps. More to come!
