Esto es lo que ocasiona una conexión floja en transformadores de distribución. En el transformador central se puede observa un punto caliente en el conductor de neutro (Esta al rojo vivo). Por la alta temperatura, sufrió daño la empacadura superior y por eso el bote de aceite. Producto de esto se incendio los cables de la interconexión de las fases.
