How We Destress- The Steemit Weekly Health Challenge by @healthsquared
There are a few ways we destress here @tcgrsfund.
1. With a talk or a cry and a nice long hug or cuddle.

2. By eating some homemade paleo ice cream.

3. Going into a quiet room like the library where it smells like parchment and pencils, and relaxing with a book.

4. Taking a walk down to the beach.

5. A nice afternoon nap when the baby goes down.

6.But Our Personal Favourite:
- A hot bubble bath infused with Johnson's bedtime bath soap containing lavender and chamomile no-tears solution.
bathstuff - A few scented salts and maybe a fizzy bomb or scented soap petals.
- And maybe some scented Candles.
- And a super absorbent loofah or sponge for emptying over our face and lathering up our shoulders and necks and legs like we are the sexiest people on the planet.
- And taking our time doing it!
