This is indeed a very good outlook to have on your career and life in general. If I can add to this, the problems/difficulties we face on a daily basis are not necessarily negative. People wish for their day to go smoothly but how uneventful would life be if everything always worked? I feel that we gain the most experience and fulfillment out of our day when we face challenges, we learn. Difficulties are a blessing if you look at them the right way.

never settle and make your work your passion that's how I feel
accurate. Follow your instincts. They are the best indicator and guide. Compromises never last. Sorrow and frustration reduce productivity and break the very bones you need :)
