Laughing out your traumas

The effect of the drugs I take and the speech therapies I do are at the end of the point I have come to gradually. What should we do for years, we have expressed our traumas by crying, reproaching and getting angry, we have emptied our emotions, we have tired ourselves, now it is time to see the events, to accept at some point and to congratulate ourselves for getting out of these traumas and continuing on our way. We have a right to laugh too, right :) look what pain I've seen and how I'm standing, this is how I am smiling and looking around. Congratulations, my dear, I am glad that I did not get offended with myself, I am glad that I got up from the place where I collapsed, I walked even though I did not run, I did not turn away from my path.
