Steem and Bitcoin will go hand in hand.... steem is easier to use and has account protection and security, if steem gets hacked you wil get your steemit account back, and if you keep your steem in steempower you can prevent a hacker from taking liquid steem, so steem will become used as the bank by people around the world because you dont need to be so paranoid like you do with Bitcoin!
But we need bitcoin to continue its growth in Ghana so people will know they can usetgir steem! I think you should go to your local money changers currency exchangers and ask if they can start accepting Bitcoin, show they how they can charge a 5 or 10 % fee on all bitcoin <-> cash trades
