We arrived in Japan a day ago. I can't wait to do a lot of exploring in Japan.
The first place we went to eat was a ramen house!!
This place was like nothing I have ever seen before!
First you go down stairs to a vending machine to choose your order.
Do you want regular noodles? firm noodles? Spicy?
ADD ONS?
Extra Garlic?
YES
Out prints your coupons and you are then ready to go get your ramen.
You get to sit on a bar stool and wait to get served your ramen.
You are in your own space so "you can focus on the taste of your ramen"
It sure was a treat! This was probably the best ramen I have ever had. Japan is known for their amazing ramen! I am so glad this was one of our first stops in Japan!!
YUM!
We were super excited about this place! I can't wait to eat more Japanese food!
Have you ever been to Japan?
If so, what was your favorite ramen spot?
I would love to check it out while I am here!
Have an awesome day!!
Thanks for all the support !

Wow!! it seems like yo had a wonderful time and trying out new stuff.
Ramen is so good!!!!
a very enjoyable trip. and the moments seen on your photo are very interesting and nice. I like your post. happy to be friends with you my friend best regards
Photography is vicious ,,,, and Japan is so beautiful that it appears in this post,,,,,,,
The good thing is that you get your own personal space. Right:)
Ramen with garlic add on.....my mouth is watering:D
Your poses always make me happy. The ramen made me hungry and I just ate. Oh no!
WoOoW so cool restaurant π΄ never seen that before... Have fun π βοΈ
Very cool! Getting ramen in Japan is definitely on my bucket-list, it looks delicious. :) Followed!
Thats Ichiran at Shinjuku!! Love the place, but queues are always too loooooong full of tourists. If you wanna try again, can try the branch at Shimbashi, shorter queue.
Also, remember to order the pork slices, delicious!!
Very nice the restaurant and the soup looks very appetizing, good profit
I was in Japan in 2004 and 2005 . I didn't have any Ramen, but a lot of sushi.
With your red hair and beard, did you feel like a bit of a celebrity there? I had brown hair and a beard while traveling through South Korea and Japan and I had strangers asking if they could touch my beard. Then they'd ask if they could take a photo... (with actual camera's)
I'd go back in a heartbeat.
i have made a type of ramen before and it was really good
I would recommend 2 places. 1. Tatsunoya ramenJapan, γ160-0023 TΕkyΕ-to, Shinjuku-ku, Nishishinjuku, 7 ChomeβοΌβοΌβοΌ
Both are in Shinjuku and close to the station.
My wife, @tokyowomanslife was at the meetup in my place as I am back in So.Cal. It looks like you guys had a wonderful time and were all smiles. I am super proud of the work put into the meetup by team @steemit-jp and the results.
Cheer from a fellow Californian turned Tokyoite! Enjoy your stay!
