HAI STEEMIT MANIA .. im Agatha from Indonesia .. this time I will tell the journey which I often do
I love traveling to Vietnam, the reason being cheap. We often complain to the Rupiah exchange rate, but in Vietnam we feel superior because 1 IDR = 1.7 VND! I've been to Vietnam several times, first in 2006 and the last in July 2016 yesterday. I note the economic development of Vietnam is very powerful - from the start is not no global franchise restaurants, until now there are fancy mall selling branded goods. Today was already getting a lot of local people who can speak English
Unfortunately, Indonesian tourists to Vietnam is generally "stuck" in the south is in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), probably because of the direct air route Jakarta-Indonesia the HCMC. Though much can be in-explore in the central and northern region which is the eighth place site UNESCO World Heritage Site. To the center could begin in Da Nang, to the north can be started in Hanoi
Da Nang
Da Nang is the largest city in Central Vietnam. Formerly Da Nang is the center of the US air base during the Vietnam War, but this time he was the most modern city compared to other cities in Vietnam. Being there felt in developed countries because the building is relatively new and clean. Da Nang is centered on the Han River which is connected by two bridges gorgeous, namely Tran Thi Ly Bridge that resemble sails and Dragon Bridge shaped dragon. At night, the two bridges are lit colorful so kece to be photographed. Even now existing Sun Wheel, a Ferris wheel high as 115 meters.
Da Nang is a hub for visiting the historic sites listed in the UNESCO Heritage Site like Hue (similar imperial palace Forbidden City in Beijing), Hoi An (Ancient City 15-19 centuries) and My Son (4-14 century Hindu temple complex). Another reason tourists to Da Nang is traveled coast. In the eastern city Da Nang are long white sandy beach, complete with luxury resorts - even get into one of the World's Most Luxurious Beach Forbes. It could be said Da Nang is his Balinese Vietnam, preferably foreign and local tourists. Event MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, Exhibitions) international scale are often held there, such as Danang BMTM 2016.
Highlight Da Nang tourism is Marble Mountains are a series of five hill when translated named Mountain Land, Water, Fire, Wood and Iron - each have caves and statues of Buddha. If you'll take a moment, choose to Thuy Son (Mountain Air) just because it can ride the elevator to use. The view from the top is cool! While the latest tourism site not far from Da Nang is Than Tai Hotspring. The extent of 165 hectares at the foot of the mountain, consists of a wide variety of bathing pools of hot water and cold water, including a Japanese onsen.
Hanoi
Compared HCMC is a business city, I prefer the more traditional Hanoi, greener and cooler weather. There are many museums and temple in Hanoi, which is famous of which is the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and Temple of Literature. My latest visit is the Museum of Ethnology of ethnic cultures in Vietnam. But just walking or hanging around the Old Quarter near Hoan Kim Lake wrote me feel at home. Culinary matter, anywhere else in Vietnam heck am I hooked, but in Hanoi was noodle Pho (pronounced "fe" by e pepet) was created.
The main attraction in Hanoi Water Puppet alias is watching a puppet show on the water. But this year there are new attractions, namely Ionah Show. A kind of Cirque du Soleil show that mixes drama, variety of dance including aireal dance, and circus without animals. Although the plot is less clear, I held up a thumb to the performers and artistic stage.
Afdol not otherwise visit Hanoi to Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For the third time I am there and I am still amazed! Although both are made up of thousands of islands karst cliffs, in contrast to Raja Ampat, in Ha Long islands closer together with each other in a smaller area. Sailing junk boat ride (traditional boat) just 15 minutes into the cluster of islands aja. In most parts of the island there are caves superluas that can be entered with various forms of bizarre stalactites and stalagmites. Plus the floating villages of local fishermen are still traditional. So it was cool and memorable magical.
Besides karst in Ha Long at sea, there is also located on land, namely in Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. New on the list of UNESCO Heritage Site in 2014, Trang An surrounded by rice fields, green forests, and the karst hills as high as up to 200an meters. Enjoying the view, we should climb aboard the small capacity of 4 people who rowed by a mother down the river for 3-4 hours. Cool again, in addition to visiting Buddhist temples, while we are also invited to climb aboard and out of the caves narrow until the body should bow collided with stalactites fear - not recommended for people with claustrophobic!
