TripFM #53: The journey to the village of Tyulyuk, Southern Ural, Russia, 2009 (26 pics)

In the winter of 2009, I reached one of the most remote villages in Southern Ural, the village of Tyulyuk, located between two mountain ranges.

From the nearest settlement to the village about 40 kilometers.

I came to the village at sunset.

The Iremel mountain ridge rises above the village from the South.

On the North - the mountain range of Zigalga.

Tyulyuk is an ordinary Southern Ural village.

There is a monument to the victims of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

There is a church here.

And the villagers decorate their homes as they want.

That day in the village was quiet, calm and very beautiful ...

... and the sunset was just amazing.
