Hello! I thought I'd share some photos of my holiday to France last year!
I went with my (now ex) boyfriend's family, and it was honestly so gorgeous so I thought I'd share some photos of this very underrated area of France! I'd never heard of it until they invited me to go!
This was the view from the house, you can see the valley beyond the pool below.
This was from a lookout point we drove to. There were a lot of birds of prey around this area.
This is a street in Najarc. You can see the castle in the distance.
We stumbled across this tiny church (I think in Najarc?) which was basically where a house was. It was only one room, and it was hauntingly beautiful.
A view of Najarc from the castle, feat. my ex'es brother lmao
The Lot river, as seen from a look out point in the village of Calvignac.
Another view of the Lot from Calvignac.
Calvignac village, honestly one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.
Those are all the photos I could find that show off the scenery, rather than my Ex!
I would honestly love to visit again, maybe in a few years time.
It was honestly almost untouched by tourism, it was so gorgeous. It was a bit annoying to get to, they all drove out and we all drove back, but to get there I flew to Toulouse and my ex and his dad picked me up and we drove for 2 hours back to the house. Honestly, it was such a good trip, and if anyone ever wanted to go to a quiet, almost off the map paradise, I would definitely recommend the Lot Valley!
It seems it was a great holiday!
Thank you! It was honestly so nice, with all the hot weather lately I've been wishing I was back there....
So prettttyyyyyy xx
