Hi Steemians,
I just arrived from our land trip in Dalaguete, Cebu. It is a 4-hour travel from Cebu South bus terminal and is located in the southern part of Cebu. But we travelled by car, so it only took us 2 and a half hours to reach the municipality.
My mother was a native from Dibdib, Dalaguete, which is one of the barrios in the said province. However, we occassionaly visit this place during fiestas and other special events.
She said that it was yesterday that the fiesta took place. We weren't able to came early due to our schedules do we paid homage by visiting one of the oldest churches.
Let me show you some of my captures.
We also brought some pack lunches and ate it at the seawall near the church. It was so breezy and hot. Unfortunately, I was not able to took pictures of it.
It was a quick visit to the place but it was a memorable one. We were able to bond as a family which rarely happen due to our busy schedules.
