Any advice for best diving and snorkeling spots? Gonna take it easy. Need some time off to relax and don't do too much... scuba, snorkeling and cocktails hehe... that's the plan.

To be honest, the Bali beaches are really not very nice and the waters are very dirty - unless you go to Uluwatu which is a whole new world. The rest of Bali is more about the beach bars (which are elevated above the beach) where you can get your cocktail fix. If you want nice beaches and sea then you should go to Uluwatu (the best place in Bali for beaches - they are stunning) or Sanur.
Ohh is it. That's a shame. Thanks for the tip... really wanna go scuba diving. It's been so long. Thought Bali was excellent for that. Might have to look for something else in the neighborhood then ;) We'll see where we end up. I'll check out those two places.
You can go to the Gilli islands from Bali. I've heard they have great diving opportunities :-)
