My Big Adventure - Part 3

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

As we were driving to The Grand Canyon the terrain slowly started to change from flat desert to rocky desert

We didn't spend to much time at The Grand Canyon because I have seen some beautiful canyons back in Wyoming and other than the sheer size of The Grand Canyon there's not to much different. Regardless of how i think it was completely amazing.

Our next stop was Zion National Park, and to this day it's still like top 3 best places i have been. But like anything if life there are positive and negative to everything, such as since it is winter, half the park is closed but the upside to that is there are fewer people in the park.

We decided to go hiking on whatever trails were still open and i could have easily spend a week exploring all the different trails.

After we left Zion National Park we drove down to Kanab, UT and spent the night there before continuing on.

Love that Utah country.

Awesome scenery. And I like those goats. As one of the editors for @steemitworldmap’s daily #traveldigest, I would love to see this post pop up on http://steemitworldmap.com.
