Lately most of my time has been spent in Los Angeles on business and so I try to make most of my time spent there, and avoid traffic, by playing tourist.
I love LA, from the tough neighborhoods where my father grew up to the glitzy and glamorous places! Specially Beverly Hills!
The Beverly Hills Hotel is one of my fave hotels ever! The colors and ambiance are truly lovely!

Just walking outside to the pool and lounge areas is a visual treat!

I love this seating area, it smells of kumquats and Meyer lemons which are planted throughout.

Isn’t it lovely!

There’s Hollywood memorabilia pertaining to it’s famous guests throughout. This photograph of Lucille Ball has to be my fave!

From their lovely gift shop I bought myself a tumbler, a pink BHHotel wine key, and a do not disturb sign in the hotel’s famous pink palette.

After leaving the hotel I headed to a place I’ve been curious about after watching the show, “I Am The Night” about Fauna Hodel and the infamous Black Dahlia murder
I googled the location of the Hodel family residence and headed that way. The mansion was the home of Dr. George Hodel which was suspected of some pretty grisly murders but never charged

It’s right on Franklin, I definitely could not miss it.

Just being outside of it I could sense such a heavy energy, and as beautiful as it is inside I could not bring myself to explore any more.

There was more to my LA drive which I promise to share with you tomorrow. But having stopped by at the Hodel Residence was something I’ll never forget.

Do you believe spaces hold negative or positive energy long after things have occurred? Leave your answer in the comments below!

I think so. I used to live in Hollywood (on Franklin Ave) and there are extreme pockets of both positive and negative energy on that stretch.

Thanks for sharing 💜 the home I live in had a previous sad history to it but I think I’ve been able to introduce new memories and vibes into her, I think we are all able to manipulate or change the vibe of things.💜
