Last week one day wind was up to 30m/s in gusts, which is pretty a lot of even for Klaipeda stormy autumn. And direction of waves was just perfect since they were hitting the stones and covering the lighthouse just in most perfect way
By car it is very easy and quite convenient to get to the northern part of port gates. The parking place is only about 50 mtrs from the beach and you have to walk some other 100 mtrs to the concrete wave breakers with a walking promenade there. Today I wasn't in the mood to get completely wet from the falling waves (which already happened before :) ), so wasn't really too much close to the waves, since took very long telephoto lens compressing the perspective and giving quite unique point of view as well.
