Outside the Kaanapali Beach, another popular and one of my favorite beach is the Kapalua Beach. It is a crescent shaped golden sand beach with good snorkeling both to the northern and southern sides towards the rocky area. This beach can get rough waves sometimes, but still it is very popular among kids. Normally I like to go there early in the morning, and set up a good sitting before it gets too crowded:

After I set up the sitting area, then all I have to do is to sit down and relax and drink beer (NOT); because someone very energetic will constantly run around and try to hit the waves:

Yes, I know! Unfortunately I am mostly a landscape photographer; I am not good at wildlife photography :)

Yeah! That is Honolua Bay. It is great snorkeling, and yes it is always little bit misty there, which I like a lot!

Haha, 'wildlife' photography...?? I don't blame her for running towards that! Wow! And same for the last scene... yup slightly misty is good, right atmosphere... I see bodies in the water... 🙄
If you look more carefully, you can see people standing in water too :) It is one of the primo snorkeling spots; those people are snorkeling. Water is little more than knee deep is most parts of the bay.
Must be quite a sight the coral there... You snorkelled there too?

Folks are little laid back in the islands ...it was 8 ish I think. Easy for us to make it early even with kids, as if you come from the mainlands you have this massive jet lag; and the first few days you wake up at 3-4 am :)
@azircon, As there it is beautiful)))! Never I was the abroad. We have in Ukraine beaches very dirty. The seas are even more less clean. Resorts are, but tours cost very much. And there are those people who live about the sea and it has already bothered them).

Not always; but in this case yes. That is certainly the most used one.
