That is just pretty darn weird in my humble opinion.
I never understood the attraction of the Isetta, either. Maybe I'm just missing something.

Well, this gives you the chance to drive from 16 in Germany. Else everybody can drive only from 18. That is the only advantage of it. It is legal a lesser car than the normal one and a little more safety than a motorroller. I would buy an Isetta only for renting it out :)
