For me, the 60s is tye dye and bell bottom jeans and sun dresses. I think it came from the bottom up, where lasting change comes from. Young people, and lots of them, quit caring about society doings and started caring about the doings of Society.
We children of the 60s lost our nerve somewhere along the line. A lot of things changed, but it could have been great. Ah, well. Maybe the current generation can finish the deal.
Thanks for a great look at a part of the 60s that I had no direct contact with. No Tye Dye and bell bottoms :)
