The Cities Underwater #Part 2

in #travel7 years ago

This is the second part of the series "Series Under Water" after introducing to a submerged city located in China I am back with another one.

The name of this city is Yonaguni-Jima located in Japan and is named after Yonaguni Islands.
The city was discovered in 1980's and after its discovery it became on of the hottest topic to be debated among scientist because of the fact that this city had high rise pyramids and can served as a capital of big empire.

The city is deemed to be build around 10000 BCE when the water levels were very low as compared to today.
However, there is debate about some of the structures being formed in the city whether it is man made or natural?
