RE: Prague/Czech Republic - Thursday photo challenge - share your personal pictures from your visit to the Czech Republic!

in #travel6 years ago (edited)

Small town in southern Bohemia, Czech Republic, visited during a return trip from Prague. You have to insert it in the itinerary, you do not pass by chance, but the visit is absolutely worth the road traveled. It stands on the Vltava, close enough to the source, which crosses it and characterizes it with its still impetuous regime. Many attractions right on the Vltava, canoes, boating, mini rafting by exploiting the artificial barriers. The center is a little gem with various squares and streets embellished with typical restaurants and shops. The town is dominated by a castle that scents the air of the Middle Ages. If possible dedicate at least one full day, it's really worth it.
