There used to be an Irish Pub over by Madison Square Garden called The Molly Wee. I'm not sure if it is still there, but that might be worth it. Juniors for cheesecake is the best, but you should go to the one over in Brooklyn, not the one in Times Square. The St. Marks is an interesting alternative area to walk through and a good place to get a tattoo if you want one. You could always find a show to catch either on Broadway, off Broadway, or at the Garden. The last time I went we walked all the way from Battery Park to the Intrepid museum. It was a lot of walking, but if the weather is nice it isn't so bad.

Great thanks @bozz. Love the cheesecake tip as I have been looking up nice places where I can get one. Battery Park seems to be a great destination. It was mentioned in another comment.
I've actually never been to the Juniors in Times Square, but I know the one in Brooklyn (I have been to this one) is the original location and Times Square can get a bit crazy. You could spend one or two whole days in Central Park if you wanted.
