I think those are the types of chilis that they use in the General Tsao's chicken bites I get from the local store. I made the mistake of eating one of them plain one time and it was not that fun. I like hot stuff to a certain point, but I have a far less forgiving pallet than a lot of people I know. There is a point which is probably less than others where I just can't handle it. I like to enjoy the flavor of something spicy without feeling I should regret it for the next couple of days.
