If you have flown, knowing that it's a couple of hours (or longer) in an airplane is not always very nice. While you are in the air thousands of feet high, all of the things are happening with your body. I'll put some in a line:
1. Your hearing decreases
Because the air pressure in the airplane changes, your ears may plummet. If you do not do anything about it, the air will exert pressure, which will make your hearing decrease by one third. It can also cause damage, so try to swallow or chew gum to reduce the pressure on your ears.
2. You get cold
Have you ever come from a plane? That's not very crazy, because there's no fresh air on the plane during the entire flight. The bacteria therefore remain in the device. There is only one person with a small cold between the passengers and it is spreading rapidly over the whole device.
3. Your legs swell up
In an airplane you will not get a lot of physical activity next to that trip to the toilet. This causes blood stagnation in your legs which can cause swelling again. So try to stretch your legs occasionally if you are on a long flight.
4. Your skin is getting worse
Air humidity is around 10 to 20 percent, while your body works best at 40 to 70 percent humidity. Your skin starts to dry out and that has an effect on your skin. In particular, apply a creamy cream to protect your skin.
5. You are stinking out of your mouth
Due to the reduced air humidity, you will also create less saliva because it makes it easier for bacteria to multiply in your mouth. That ultimately causes a smelly breath.
6. You get dizzy
Flying can make you rotten or even nauseous. This is because you constantly see a still image while your body has the feeling that it is moving. Keep plenty of drinking and sit by a wing to prevent this.
I guess you have never flown on the new Boeing 787-9. Pressurized to 6000 feet, more humidity, lighting adjusted to the landing city, you will feel refreshed compared to the Top 6 described above. Comment if you have flown on a 787. I flew two 787-9s from Honolulu to Japan, the Japan to Singapore. Two 8 hour legs, felt great.
Yup, you are right, I never experienced flying on the new Boeing 787-9. In future i'll experience it. Any ways nice review about Boeing 787-9 ;) Thanks for giving info about it.
Forgot to mention, business class also makes a big difference . Maybe the quality of the drinks.
I never noticed these things happened to me until I read this. Its crazy to think these things happened to me when i was in air!
You will notice these things when you'll be in the air for a long time. ;)

Thanks Dear...
Great post. While i have never been on a flight longer than 4-5 hours, now i can understand why people dread taking long flights!
Thanks for your time, you spent on my post.
