If you love english countryside then this will be a dream. Cotswolds is a gathering of small charming traditional old villages.
A group of girls went in Chippin Campden for the weekend. We stayed at a pubs Inn which was really nice and surprisingly quiet for an inn. The rooms were spacious and at 99£ per night they also covered a hearty breakfast.
There are plenty of other alternatives to accomodation. You needn't stay at a fancy hotel. All the inns and b&bs in the area are just great
Chippin Campden is just a stone throw away from Shakespeare's town Stratford upon Avon, but whithout the masses of tourists. However yoy can make a day trip there easily.
Lots of pretty traditional cottages
Plenty of nice walks in the woods and fields where you'll come across friendly local letting their dogs run wild and lets not forget....sheep 🙂 A common sight.
Let's not forget the craft village markets
You can not leave the afternoon tea out. Cotswolds villages are famous for charming tea room and home made scones
