Living in Colorado is a dream for me, but today I am in the Bronx, NY living the dream! There is nothing better than Italian food in Little Italy and today, lunch at Enzo's will be one to remember.
I have always wanted to come here. Not only to be around so much Italian culture but especially for the food and fun shops to walk into.
My visit was on a Sunday so the hustle and traffic was not at typical NYC day which was actually kind of nice.
I love visiting New York and wish during my trip that I could have gone to Yankeee Stadium to see its beauty and history. I also hope for another trip to times square and Rockefeller Center because its been many years sice i have seen it. Well hopefully I can come back here someday.
Not too much traffic, that doesn't happen too often, even on the weekends. A visit to Yankee stadium a must. When I lived in NJ I was only about 30 miles from the city. With that being the case you would think that I would have gone to the city more often, but crowds are not my thing.
The one place I did visit in the Big Apple before moving to Upstate NY was the new stadium. I've been a Yankee fan my entire life and had to see the new stadium.
I've got this paper hanging on the wall over my bed. I wish I would have taken better care of it.

Glad to know your dream become true. The place where this hotel is built is also very beautiful and the way we see it. It's also very well decorated inside and the way everyone likes Italian Food I like it a lot because it's so tasty. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
Here we have some hotels that make Italian food and we love to eat it when we go their due to their unique taste, We have some Italian pizza restaurants also. Life is a circle , you sure will visit this place again.

Neat to see the inside of a few of those 1-of-a-kind shops that seem to ooze history. That meat shop would have been handy as we bake up some Calzones at home! Pick up any cigars?

Little Italy in the Bronx looks legit. The sausages hanging from the ceiling are very interesting to see.
What was hanging at top of shop, seems like unusual but may br most expected from there.
The main advantage of Italian cuisine is the naturalness and freshness of products. I dreamed of trying lasagne with bolognese stew in bechamel sauce. I just love this dish! Very tasty, and most importantly - melts in your mouth! Really melts!!! Like ice cream. And you don't have to eat. You put a piece in your mouth and savor it... I'm glad you like Italian food too
New York is a great place to spend some time... not sure if I could live there though. But definitely great for an occasional "adventure"!
I personally love Italian food as well, and congratulations on visiting in your dream place. I've never been to New York but I've seen it in pictures and movies and it looks good to me in your pictures as well. The kind of pictures you share shows how much fun you have.
