Hey hey hey calm down man no need to scream ;) I think you shift got stuck

Now if I remember correctly Inle Lake is part of Shan State in the east of Myanmar. You are free to move in most parts of the country expect the very east and the north. Some parts in between are still closed to tourists aswell, but the country is slowly opening up more and more.
