Neda was the daughter of God Ocean and one of the three nymphs who raised God Dias. The river that took her name was created, according to myth, when Rea struck the dry land with her stick. Its waters coming from Mountain Lyceaus, on the border of Arcadia and Messinia and separating Messinia from Ilia. The waterfalls fall from a height of seven to twenty meters and forms turquoise or green-blue podiums ideal for diving. The temperatures of the water are very low even the hot days of August. You can walk on the green pats surrounded by trees and if you fave a bit of imagination you will feel like looking for fairies.
