Yesterday was simply amazing. I attended an Italian wedding with some of the best food and wine I have tasted to date.

Did you know white wine in Italy doesn't give you headaches because it's made without sulfites?

Or that they are mandated by law to NOT water their vineyards, that the grapes are 100% raised by mother nature and her rain?
.
.
And gluten and cheese don't screw up your gut and skin because they place a huge importance on the QUALITY of their food, and do not allow hormones and the things that wreck so much havoc on our bodies in the US?

Did you know at weddings in Italy there are approximately a dozen courses of food, and the wedding festivities last all day (or multiple days in Southern Italy)?

I also tried to liquors that are ONLY available in this region of Italy. They are made with local herbs and tasted AMAZING.

Is Heaven located in the wine country of Italy? Cause I feel like I have arrived!!!
