Oh, wow, @papa-pepper! A real cheese house! The last cheese house I have been in was in Jan Jose, Costa Rica. The Raton Feliz or Happy Mouse. We loved shopping there every week for a variety of cheeses. We had many cheese houses in Canada and made regular visits to them as well. The variety of cheese curds available at the Mousehouse Cheesehaus is unbelievable. I'm not sure about the ghost pepper one but the others for sure. My son "the mouse" so named by his grandpa read this article over my shoulder and said he was feeling a little hangry and could we mke some poutine for lunch. Sorry kiddo, no can do. I don't have any fresh cheese curds! :( How fortuitous that Sweet Pea needed to go potty right then!

I wouldn't call it exactly fruitful, perhaps very crazy! Never a dull moment. That's for sure. And when I retired, I thought I would be able to take things easy, but I find myself busier than ever.
